With an email guest database of over 300,000+ members and growth within new geographies spanning broad demographics, it became essential for the restaurant and winebar brand, Postino, to develop an email content strategy that methodically introduces new subscribers to a hierarchy of brand pillars and programs. Additionally, the brand needed to speak specifically to the needs and interests that resonate with the audiences that surround each location.
The team launched an automated campaign, immediately triggered by a new email subscriber acquired through performance marketing initiatives. This brand awareness campaign included a cadence of engaging content rooted in the brand’s key differentiators.
Additionally, “The Post”, a monthly e-newsletter was launched - featuring different lifestyle content that resonates according to the brand’s top Experian Mosaic Profiles. The Post content is also pulled through other brand channels including social, blog and more.
